How do I book using a Gift Card or Gift Certificate?

To make a reservation using a gift card or a gift certificate, please follow the instructions provided on our Gift Cards & Certificates

Can I bring a cake into the bowling centre?

If you have booked a party package or event package you may bring a Birthday cake into the centre. If you are booking "Time based Bowling, All-In or Family Fun Packages" no outside food is permitted into the bowling centre.

Can I bring Coffee or personal water bottles into the bowling centre?

Outside beverages are not permitted in the bowling centre. We have a fully equipped kitchen and bar offering several beverage selections at reasonable prices.

If I want to book a  birthday party, do I need to book in advance?

All birthday and event packages offered by Stellar Lanes are required to be booked 1 week in advance.

Can I book my party package over the phone?

All parties must be booked at our centre in person or through our website reservation system. We are not able to book an event over the phone. This is to protect our customers when receiving payment.

Do I need to rent shoes to bowl?

Bowling shoes must be worn when bowling to prevent injury. They must be kept clean and dry so they do not stick to the floor.

Do I need to wear socks?

Socks are mandatory and are available for sale at the check-in counter.

What happens to my reservation if I am late?

We require reservations to be checked in 15 minutes prior to your reservation start time. If you are late for your reservation we will hold the lane until the start time and then offer the lane available to the first person or group on our waiting list. Lane reservations do not secure the lane for late arrivals.
